Australian experiential tourism operator Journey Beyond has completed a $161 million acquisition of Kelsian Group's tourism portfolio - including Sydney Harbour superyachts, Murray River paddlewheelers, Kingfisher Bay Resort on K'gari and a range of ferry services - and launched a new sea-services brand, Island Connections.
