The Hospice New Zealand Palliative Care Conference 2026 is held 19-20 November 2026 at Claudelands in Kirikiriroa Hamilton. It is the national conference for New Zealand's hospice and palliative care sector, convened by Hospice New Zealand. The programme covers clinical palliative care, bereavement support and sector workforce issues.
