About
The 34th New Zealand Coastal Society Conference takes place at Tūhura Otago Museum in Ōtepoti Dunedin from 9–12 November 2026. The conference focuses on building coastal resilience through interdisciplinary collaboration, with themes spanning coastal science and hazards, monitoring, resilience, and Mātauranga Māori. It draws the society's 400-strong national membership of engineers, scientists and coastal managers.
