Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre is the summit's host venue. Opened in 2021, it is a purpose-built convention centre in the central city on the banks of the Ōtākaro Avon River, with a large main auditorium plus banquet and exhibition space suited to a two-day conference of this scale.

As delegate-movement and accommodation context, Te Pae sits within central Christchurch's hotel cluster, with numerous accommodation options within walking distance in the CBD, which supports the concentrated flow of 750-plus delegates between sessions, networking and lodging.
