Catalyst is a café and restaurant at 286 Princes Street, Dunedin, near the Octagon. It serves breakfast and lunch using locally sourced, ethically farmed and responsibly sourced ingredients, including wild game, and describes itself as eco-focused: food scraps and paper are sent to a local lifestyle farm for composting. Dinner service is currently paused.
