Mike's Bistro & Taproom is a restaurant and craft-beer taproom in the heart of the New Plymouth CBD, at 40 Devon Street East following a relocation to a cosier new space. The kitchen serves elevated comfort food drawing on influences from around the globe, and is notable for a menu that is almost entirely gluten-free — an unusual point of difference for a full-service bistro.
Alongside the food, the taproom carries an extensive tap selection that showcases Mike's own beers as well as beers from across New Zealand, making it as much a place to drink as to dine.
