Millennium Hotel Queenstown is a 4-star hotel at 32 Frankton Road, in Queenstown's city centre, around a six-minute walk from the town's shops, dining, Lake Wakatipu and the Skyline Gondola. Queenstown Airport is roughly 7km away, about 8-15 minutes by car.

The hotel has 220 modern guest rooms and suites, including Deluxe and Superior rooms (around 23-24m²), a Superior Accessible Room, a Luxury Loaded King Suite (56m²) with separate lounge and bath, a One Bedroom King Suite (50m²) and a Suite with a King bed (48m²) featuring an open-plan layout with bath. Many rooms and suites have views over the cityscape, Lake Wakatipu or the Remarkables.

Meetings and events are a particular strength of this property. Its versatile conference facilities include eight variable-space meeting rooms in total. The centrepiece is the pillarless Galaxy Ballroom, 480m² in area, which seats up to 600 delegates theatre-style or 350 for a banquet, and can be divided into three fully soundproofed sections each holding 150 theatre-style for smaller or concurrent sessions. Five further Meeting Rooms 1-5 (61m² each) cater for up to 50 delegates apiece, with individually controlled air conditioning, adjustable lighting and screens, while an adjoining Gallery space serves as a breakout and catering area. Total meeting space across the hotel is around 5,824 sq ft. This scale of purpose-built, dividable conference space, combined with 220 rooms on site, makes it one of Queenstown's more substantial residential-conference venues.

Dining is provided by The Observatory Restaurant, serving contemporary New Zealand cuisine and daily breakfast, and The Club Bar. Guest facilities include a fitness centre, spa and saunas, plus a business centre and bike storage.
