Group and private-function capability
Ora Bistro has a dedicated private dining area seating up to 40 guests, or 50 for a semi-standing function. The space can be closed off entirely or partially opened to the main dining room. Layouts are tailored to the event, with boardroom, classroom, U-shape, theatre and cocktail/standing configurations offered. Basic AV — screen, projector and microphone — is available on request, and the venue offers Full Day and Half Day Delegate Packages covering morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and AV. Catering formats include high tea, brunch, canapés, buffets and set menus, and guests may bring their own decorations by arrangement. Minimum spends or guest minimums may apply depending on event type and day, and bookings are secured by deposit.
Off-site catering is a genuine strength. Pick-up and delivery catering starts at a $45 per person buffet lunch, with half-day ($55pp) and full-day ($70pp) packages and individual packed lunches from $26; a minimum of 15 guests applies, with delivery available for $100 within roughly 10–15 km. Full-service off-site catering, where the team sets up, serves and packs down, runs from a $45pp breakfast to an $85pp full-day package, with a minimum of 80 guests.
