Rambler is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor of Drifter, a design-led hotel-hostel hybrid at 96 Lichfield Street in central Christchurch. It occupies the former Wellington Woollen Manufacturing Company Building, a 1919 heritage building, with original features preserved.
Rambler serves coffee and pastries from opening, then Mediterranean-inspired snacks and sharing plates from 11.30am until late. The drinks list emphasises New Zealand beer and wine plus house cocktails. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free-friendly options are noted.
