The Glass House at Brick Bay is the restaurant and cellar door of Brick Bay Wines, at 17 Arabella Lane, Snells Beach, in the Matakana Coast area north of Auckland. The striking glass-walled building is cantilevered over a lake and serves as both the home of Brick Bay Wines and the gateway to the estate's renowned Sculpture Trail.
The Glass House Kitchen offers relaxed all-day dining, with chefs creating contemporary New Zealand cuisine built around seasonal produce from the estate's farm, orchards and gardens plus other local ingredients. Brick Bay produces a focused range of boutique wines from estate-grown grapes on a sustainably accredited vineyard. Beyond dining, the open-air Sculpture Trail winds through native bush, ponds and wildlife as a year-round outdoor gallery of contemporary works.
For MICE and incentive organisers, Brick Bay combines a distinctive architectural dining space, estate wines and an art experience in one destination — well suited to group lunches, incentive outings and memorable off-site functions on the Matakana Coast. It sits within the wider network of Auckland region venues that draw visitors north of the city.
