Zealong Tea Estate, just north of Hamilton, is New Zealand's only commercial tea estate, producing organic award-winning tea and operating as a destination for tea, dining and events set in the Waikato countryside. Purpose-built facilities and ample parking support a busy events calendar.
Three flexible spaces cater to a variety of events. The Vista is an elegant indoor/outdoor space with natural light and uninterrupted countryside views, favoured for weddings and corporate functions. The Pavilion, a standalone facility of around 75 m² adjacent to the Tea House, holds up to about 70 for a cocktail event or 40 for seated dining. The Camellia Lounge, on the top floor of the Vista, offers sweeping views and is dedicated to private hire. Catering ranges from canapés to buffet and full banquet menus, with high tea and à la carte dining also available.
