Asian Garden Cooking School is a Christchurch cooking-class operator at 10 Whitchurch Place in Harewood, set alongside its own garden. Students learn the fundamentals of Asian cooking, preparing a selection of entrées, mains and desserts — picking herbs from the onsite garden along the way — with full instruction and demonstration, before sitting down to eat their creations with complimentary wine, beer, tea and coffee.
The school runs both day and evening classes, which can be booked individually online or reserved for a private event or function. It operates in association with the Asian Garden Hospitality Group, which runs a number of restaurants around New Zealand, and explicitly welcomes birthday parties, team-building events and corporate functions.
