HPCE — Higher Perspective Conferences & Events — is a full-service event management and marketing agency based in Tauranga. ### The team
The agency was founded by Deb Gee, who returned to her home region of the Bay of Plenty in 2018 after ten years in Sydney working as a business development manager and freelance event manager. She holds diplomas in Event Management and in Tourism & Travel and a Bachelor of Business, and is a director of projects with Rotary International. The wider team includes event manager Daniela Olphert (previously in tourism, marketing and events in Auckland, Christchurch, Hong Kong and London), Christchurch-based business development manager Anne Hindson, a digital marketing consultant, a senior graphic designer based in Sydney, and a marketing, media and communications coordinator.
