The Space Outdoor Wellness is a contrast-therapy and outdoor wellness venue at 16 Cowshed Lane, Te Kamo, about ten minutes from central Whangārei. Set beside a stream and natural spring, it centres on a traditional outdoor sauna, cold plunge pool and outdoor showers.
Alongside self-guided sauna and ice-plunge sessions, The Space runs yoga, massage, workshops and nature experiences, and holds monthly retreats combining breathwork, meditation, yoga, sauna and cold plunge. It also offers full venue hire, with services from the adjoining James Homestead including catering, floristry and event management.
