Sauvignon Blanc New Zealand 2027 (SBNZ27) is a three-day celebration of Aotearoa's most iconic grape variety, held in Wairau, Marlborough from 2–4 February 2027. Organised by NZ Wine, the event brings together New Zealand's top Sauvignon Blanc producers, influencers and enthusiasts from around the globe for discussion, tasting and networking.
