A directory-correction brief: the World Congress on Engineering Asset Management (WCEAM) 2026 is held in Braga, Portugal on 14–16 October 2026. There is no New Zealand edition; the Christchurch/Te Pae listing is a data error.
The directory carried WCEAM 2026 — the World Congress on Engineering Asset Management — as a Christchurch event at Te Pae on 18 October 2026. On re-checking the source chain, the organiser (the International Society of Engineering Asset Management, ISEAM) places the 19th WCEAM 2026 in Braga, Portugal on 14–16 October 2026, run jointly with CONGREGA. There is no New Zealand edition of the congress in 2026.
The Christchurch / Te Pae / 18 October details in the listing are therefore a data error rather than a real event, and no WCEAM congress is scheduled at Te Pae in 2026. This brief records the correction so the entry is not mistaken for a confirmed New Zealand business event.
