Abbots Hamilton – Hotel and Conference Centre is a 33-room, three-star property at 222 Ulster Street in Whitiora, on the northern edge of Hamilton's city centre. Ulster Street places the hotel within easy walking distance of Waikato Stadium, Seddon Park and the Hamilton CBD restaurant, café and theatre precincts, with Claudelands Event Centre also close by. That proximity to Hamilton's main sporting and exhibition venues is the property's strongest positioning point – it is a practical delegate or team base when the event itself is held at the stadium or at Claudelands. Hamilton Zoo, Hamilton Gardens, the University of Waikato and SkyCity Hamilton are all a short drive away, and the Waikato River walkways are nearby.

Rooms

The 33 rooms cover a range of configurations rather than a single standard product:
