Bluewater Hotel

Bluewater Hotel is a waterfront property at 10 West Quay in Ahuriri, Napier, overlooking Ahuriri Harbour and marina, and within about five minutes of Napier Airport and the city centre. The hotel has 69 rooms across four categories: two- and three-bedroom two-storey apartments with private balconies over the marina, Superior Studios with a king bed for singles or couples, Ground Floor Twin rooms with two queen beds and a kitchenette, and an accessible Ground Floor Access Studio with a wet-floor shower and handrails. All rooms include a kitchenette and private balcony.

For meetings and conferences, the hotel states it can accommodate groups from small meetings up to conferences of 250 people, with a theatre-style room for up to 65, a classroom setup for 30, a U-shaped configuration for up to 20, and a harbour-view space for canape and cocktail functions of up to 150. Function support includes full catering (breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea breaks), a licensed bar, and equipment hire such as projectors, screens, whiteboards and televisions, making it a workable option for day meetings, residential conferences and social functions in the Ahuriri/Napier area.

On-site dining is provided through the hotel's restaurant and Water Bar. Other guest amenities include free WiFi and complimentary mini golf. The marina-side, low-rise setting distinguishes it from Napier's central hotels, with harbour views from most rooms and function spaces.

With its mix of apartment-style and studio accommodation, function rooms scaling from boardroom to 250-delegate capacity, and on-site catering and bar service, Bluewater Hotel suits corporate meetings, small-to-mid-sized conferences and incentive groups looking for a waterfront base in Napier.
