Brinkley's Restaurant

Brinkley's Restaurant is the restaurant and licensed bar of Brinkley Resort, at 43 Barkers Road, Methven (Ashburton District), a short walk from the village centre and close to the Mt Hutt ski area and Ōpuke Thermal Pools & Spa.
