Chim Choo Ree is a restaurant at 14 Anzac Parade, Hamilton Central, in the historic Brewery Building, which has stood since 1887 and was once the Waikato Brewery. The restaurant has operated since 2011.

A 2018 Cuisine magazine review described it as a long-running Hamilton eatery overlooking the Waikato River; its menu has likely changed since.
