Eden Park is New Zealand's national stadium, in Auckland about three kilometres south-west of the city centre, on the boundary of Mount Eden and Kingsland.
The ground opened in 1900; cricket began there in 1903 and rugby arrived in 1913. It hosted New Zealand's first cricket Test in 1930. It is recorded as the first stadium to host two Rugby World Cup finals (1987 and 2011), and also hosted the 1988 Rugby League World Cup final and matches at the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup, including a record New Zealand football crowd of 42,137.
According to Wikipedia, capacity is about 50,000 for football, up to 60,000 for rugby with temporary seating, and 42,000 for cricket. The venue's website describes a vision of being a world-leading stadium destination and a staged redevelopment plan is reported to include retractable seating, a new north stand with a hotel and eventually a retractable roof.
