Fable Auckland

Fable Auckland is a 79-room boutique hotel at 58 Queen Street in the Auckland CBD, within walking distance of the Sky Tower and the waterfront. Housed in the former Windsor House, built in 1928, it blends Art Deco architecture with contemporary interiors and suits both leisure travellers and corporate visitors wanting a central-city base.

Meeting & event capability

The hotel's function space is its Art Deco restaurant and bar, which can be booked partially or in full for events of up to 100 people, covering intimate dinners through to cocktail receptions. This makes Fable Auckland better suited to smaller corporate functions, private dinners and incentive gatherings than large conference programmes.

Dining and amenities

Cooke's Restaurant & Bar takes its name from a historic eatery in the original Windsor House building and serves locally sourced, organic ingredients for breakfast and room service. The hotel also has a private hot tub and sauna (bookable by reservation) and a 24-hour fitness centre on Level 6.
