Hotel Give is a social enterprise hotel at 12 Hereford Street in central Christchurch. It is owned and operated by The Kind Foundation, and profits from the hotel fund the Foundation's community programmes and services across Christchurch. The property carries a Qualmark 3.5-star rating.
The building has a long association with the YMCA in Christchurch. A refurbishment of the accommodation building reported at around $9 million was completed in 2021, at which point the property was rebranded as Hotel Give. In 2023 YMCA Christchurch changed its organisational name to The Kind Foundation, which continues to operate the hotel today.
Hotel Give is deliberately broad in its room mix, which is unusual for a central-city property. Options run from self-contained boutique apartments and deluxe ensuite rooms through to classic single and double rooms and shared dormitories.
