Kerikeri Park Lodge is a boutique, colonial-style lodge at 494B Kerikeri Road, set on around 3.5 acres of park-like grounds just off the main road. It is quietly positioned but only minutes from Kerikeri's cafés, shops and historic sites, and close to Kerikeri (Bay of Islands) Airport — a useful combination for fly-in business travellers and delegate groups.
The lodge offers 20 rooms and suites, all self-contained and all 34 square metres or larger, each with its own terrace or balcony and park views. Room types include:
Every room has a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. Most have spa baths — suites have standard two-person baths while the spa studios have large corner spa baths with natural bath salts and New Zealand-made amenities. All rooms include fast unlimited WiFi, digital TV with Chromecast casting, and separate dining and work tables. The Premium Spa Studio is specifically positioned for business travellers, with a work desk, large private balcony and a quiet location.
Guest facilities include on-site BBQ facilities, room-service breakfasts, daily servicing, and generous free parking suited to all vehicle sizes including boats, vans, trucks and trailers. There are two free EV chargers on site for guests. The lodge notes sustainability practices across the property, including efficient water and energy use, waste management and partnerships with local producers and operators. It is a Golden Chain member and a Hospitality New Zealand member.
Kerikeri Park Lodge does not advertise a dedicated conference or meeting room. Its MICE role is as delegate and incentive accommodation rather than a meeting venue — well suited to small business groups, project teams on longer assignments, and individual corporate travellers. The lodge does publish corporate rates, and the interconnecting apartments and generous room sizes work for groups travelling together. At 20 units it is also a candidate for a small whole-property booking.
The Stone Store and Mission House, Kororipo Heritage Park, the Old Packhouse Market, local vineyards and Bay of Islands cruises are all close by, and the lodge runs golf and Twin Coast Cycle Trail packages — useful building blocks for an incentive itinerary.
For organisers, this is a comfortable, spacious accommodation base for a Kerikeri programme, with meetings held off site. See more Northland accommodation.
