Nineteen Restaurant & Bar is the dining venue at Rydges Formosa Golf Resort in Beachlands, on Auckland's eastern fringe. Set within the resort at 110 Jack Lachlan Drive, it overlooks the golf course and coastline and serves breakfast daily, lunch Friday to Sunday and dinner Monday to Saturday.
The kitchen follows a contemporary New Zealand approach built around home-grown produce and native ingredients such as horopito, kawakawa and karengo, applying a nose-to-tail, root-to-tip philosophy to reduce waste and highlight flavour. As part of a golf resort, it functions as both a pre-round refuelling stop and a post-round venue for members and visitors, with golf club members receiving a discount on dining and drinks.
The resort also offers private event spaces for gatherings and celebrations, and Nineteen's dining room and bar can be booked as part of these.
