Off Road NZ is a 4WD and motorsport adventure park at 193 Amoore Road, Rotorua, set on the Mamaku Plateau roughly 20 minutes' drive from the city centre. The site combines self-drive and guided vehicle activities with a covered bush function area, and operates daily in all weather.
Three core adventures are offered:
For groups the operator also offers claybird shooting, archery and structured team-building challenges, plus branded multi-activity packages (The Adrenaline Overdose, Freak of Nature, Drivers Obsession and The Ultimatum).
Off Road NZ markets corporate and group entertainment as a core part of the business. It states that group size is unlimited and that programmes are tailored to the excitement level, budget and timeframe required, ranging from one hour up to a full day and evening. Participants receive a safety briefing before each activity and are supervised by guides throughout. Dedicated group offerings include exclusive-use activities, evening events, team racing and Christmas functions, and the site is also marketed as a wedding venue.
The on-site function space is the Native Bush Camp, a rustic covered dining area set in native forest. The operator describes permanent shelter for up to 120 people, with removable wall panels for indoor–outdoor flow, wooden floors, tables and seating, lighting, power, heating, a campfire, BBQ hire, toilets, running cold water and a hot water urn. Coach access and ample parking are available. Off Road NZ asks groups to enquire directly for pricing and confirmed capacity numbers.
Catering is flexible: groups can bring their own food and drink, or leave it to professionals — the operator says it can refer groups to major local hotels or other Rotorua caterers, and will assist with music and entertainment. No AV inventory is published, so any presentation requirement should be confirmed in advance.
Off Road NZ is primarily an incentive and team-building asset rather than a conference venue, but the Native Bush Camp gives it a genuine weatherproof catered-function capability on the same site as the activities. That supports a common programme shape: a half-day driving and team-challenge block followed by a BBQ dinner without moving the group. Buyers should note the 120-person figure is the operator's stated limit for the permanent shelter, and that the space is a rustic covered camp rather than a conventional function room.
The business holds Qualmark Silver and AdventureMark certification, and is a member of Tourism Industry Aotearoa and the Rotorua Sustainable Charter. Sitting outside the city, it works as an off-site pairing with central Rotorua venues.
