Sudima Auckland City

Sudima Auckland City is a 186-room hotel in the Auckland CBD, positioned just metres from the New Zealand International Convention Centre. Rooms include TV, WiFi, mini-fridge and tea/coffee-making facilities, with upgraded categories offering harbour views, yoga kits or free-standing tubs.

Meetings and events are held on the 10th floor, which houses two conference rooms, Waitemātā and Hāuraki, each of which can be used as a single 104 sqm space or divided into two smaller rooms of around 52 sqm apiece. Configured together, the venue accommodates up to 90 guests cocktail style, 88 theatre style or 64 banquet style, with boardroom, classroom, U-shape and cabaret layouts also available; the hotel's own materials describe the 10th-floor rooms as able to comfortably hold up to 110 guests depending on the style chosen. Both rooms enjoy harbour and city views, and the events team offers audio-visual support, staging, theming and tailored programmes. The proximity to the Convention Centre and on-site accommodation make Sudima Auckland City a practical base for delegates attending larger conferences nearby, as well as for its own meetings, seminars and corporate gatherings.

Dining is provided by East, a modern-Asian, plant-powered restaurant serving lunch and dinner, and Sunset, a rooftop bar with a seasonal cocktail and wine list, food inspired by Mumbai street eats, and a DJ programme; a lobby bar is also available. There is no swimming pool on site; guests have complimentary access to a nearby gym. Valet parking is available on site for a daily fee, subject to availability.

With its CBD location beside the Convention Centre, flexible 10th-floor event spaces and 186 rooms, Sudima Auckland City suits corporate conferences, seminars and delegate accommodation, particularly for groups also using the adjacent convention facilities.
