Sudima Queenstown Five Mile is a 4.5-star hotel at 20 Grant Road in the Five Mile retail precinct at Frankton. It is close to Queenstown Airport and on the main road to the ski fields and routes north and south. • Carrington 1 + 2 – 180 square metres combined, up to 150 for a cocktail event, 120 theatre style or 100 banquet. It opens to an outdoor bar area with a fireplace, and the two rooms can be used separately.
• Adams – 88 square metres, up to 45 theatre style
• Pascoe – 60 square metres, a boardroom for up to 12, or up to 18 in a U-shape

An events team provides audio-visual support and planning. The Podium kitchen offers a conference menu using produce sourced within 100 km of the hotel, and a "Moss Moment" add-on brings short spa treatments into conference breaks.
