The Arts Village is a community arts and events complex on the corner of Hinemoa and Hinemaru Streets in central Rotorua. Oriented around creative activity, it comprises a cluster of studios, meeting rooms, offices and a kitchen available for hire.
Several studio and meeting spaces can be booked by the hour or day, with seated capacities ranging from around 10 to over 40 people. Named spaces include Studio Two (up to about 40), the Eric Bridgman Room (around 25 to 30), Herbert's Room and a second meeting room (each around 10 to 15). Most spaces have access to kitchen and tea/coffee facilities, with bathrooms on site and free parking at the rear.
The studios are regularly used for classes, meetings, workshops, rehearsals and small functions, and discounted rates are offered for arts workshops, charities, not-for-profits and community groups.
