Three Sisters Brewery is a craft brewery and taproom at 87 Devon Street West, New Plymouth, in a converted former TSB bank building. It was started by a husband-and-wife team, Joe and Sarah, who began with experimental brews in their garage.
The taproom pours regular beers such as Oakura Blonde and Rain in the Face APA, alongside rotating seasonal and experimental brews on hand pull. One collaboration, a Belgian Wit called Lila, uses gin from nearby Juno Distillery. The fit-out mixes industrial brewing equipment with quirky decor, including Oktoberfest-style tables and aluminium barrels used as seating, and patrons can sit close to the brewing equipment. Food is limited to burgers and small plates.
Opening hours listed by a local guide are from mid-afternoon on weekdays and from midday on weekends, but these should be checked before visiting. Capacity and function arrangements are not published, so groups should contact the venue directly. It is a relaxed, casual option for group drinks. See New Plymouth venues.
