Trinity Wharf Tauranga

Trinity Wharf Tauranga is a locally and independently owned waterfront hotel and conference venue at 51 Dive Crescent, on the edge of Tauranga Harbour. It is built across three piers that extend over the water, a few minutes from Tauranga city centre and about 10 minutes from Tauranga Airport. It suits conferences, corporate retreats and events that need meeting space, accommodation and dining on one site in the Bay of Plenty.

Rooms and facilities

The hotel's conference information lists 124 rooms, including 60 that can be set up as twin share and five apartments. Room categories include Urban, Pool and Harbour rooms as well as apartments. Guest facilities include a restaurant and lounge bar, an unheated infinity-edge pool for hotel guests, a gym and Wi-Fi throughout. There is free on-site parking with 176 spaces, including room for coaches.

Meetings and events

Trinity Wharf has seven flexible conference and meeting spaces, with capacity for up to 350 guests depending on the layout. The main spaces are:

• Trinity Rooms: the largest space, used for conferences, gala dinners and large events of up to 350 guests
• Pool House Rooms: naturally lit rooms suited to smaller meetings, workshops and breakout sessions, with views over the pool and harbour
• Exhibition Hall: an open-plan space for trade shows, product launches and activations
• Restaurant and private dining: an over-water setting for team dinners and networking functions

Standard AV and Wi-Fi are provided, and a dedicated event coordinator helps with room setup, catering and accommodation. Seasonal conference catering ranges from morning and afternoon teas and working lunches to cocktail functions and gala dinners. Selected catering is offered in partnership with Kex Catering.

Dining

The hotel's over-water restaurant and lounge, Halo, is open from breakfast until late and also hosts high teas.
