Valley d'Vine is a restaurant and function centre at 347 State Highway 5, Esk Valley, Napier, located within Linden Estate Winery. It sits on the inland route north of Napier, in the Esk Valley wine sub-region.
Owner Greg Miller is a chef of more than 22 years' experience, having worked in a number of prominent Hawke's Bay kitchens. The menu covers dishes such as scallops, confit pork belly and Hawke's Bay lamb, and the restaurant caters across dietary requirements. A Thursday evening special runs the regular menu at a reduced price.
The modern dining room and a landscaped barbecue area both look out over the Esk Valley. Seating capacity is around 100 guests, and the venue operates as a function centre alongside its restaurant trade. It was named Outstanding Wedding Reception Venue in 2019.
At around 100 seated, Valley d'Vine is a workable size for conference dinners, awards lunches, incentive group meals, client hospitality and team functions in Hawke's Bay — large enough for a small conference, small enough to take exclusively without difficulty.
