Hirepool Nelson

About this business

Hirepool Stoke – Nelson is the Nelson branch of Hirepool, the national equipment rental company. It is located at 110 Quarantine Road, Stoke, Nelson 7011, and serves the Stoke area of Nelson along with Motueka, Brightwater, Tapawera, Wakefield and Wakapuaka. Equipment is available for both short and long-term hire.

### Range at this branch

The branch lists its top categories as:

• Access — scissor lifts, towable cherry pickers, telescopic booms and knuckle booms
• Earthmoving — excavators and diggers, mini diggers, mini skid steer loaders and loaders
• Landscaping — chainsaws and pruning saws, post hole borers, mowers, mulchers, chippers and log splitters
• Trailers — furniture trailers, cage and high-side trailers, standard and low-side trailers, and transport trailers

Paint sprayers and other general trade gear are also stocked. Across the wider Hirepool network, portable toilets are available as a product category, including portaloos, urinals and luxury toilet units.

### Relevance to event organisers

For a MICE or outdoor event in Nelson Tasman, this branch is a source of site infrastructure and build support rather than styling or furniture. Practical applications include access equipment for rigging signage, banners and lighting in a hall or marquee, trailers for moving gear to and from site, and portable toilets and power for greenfield sites such as field days, festivals and outdoor functions.

Hirepool also operates two other branches close by that are more directly event-focused: Nelson Continental Event Hire, the group's dedicated event hire operation, and Portaloo Tasman. Planners with a mixed brief may be routed between these depending on what is needed.
