The CEO Summit 2027: The CEO Institute brings its New Zealand summit to Eden Park

MICE editorial — 03 November 2026 Auckland Tier B

The CEO Institute's annual New Zealand CEO Summit returns on 27 January 2027 at Eden Park, Auckland, under the theme 'Thriving Together', gathering CEOs, business owners and senior executives for keynotes and peer exchange. The organiser's own site confirms the date, venue and a forming speaker lineup.

Overview

The CEO Summit 2027 is the New Zealand leg of The CEO Institute's annual trans-Tasman summit series, held under the theme "Thriving Together". It runs on Wednesday 27 January 2027, 7.30am to 3.30pm, at Eden Park in Auckland. The CEO Institute's own official event page confirms the date, time and venue, which is why this listing is a genuine event rather than an aggregator placeholder.

Who it's for

The summit is pitched at New Zealand's CEOs, business owners and senior executives. CEO Institute members attend complimentary; non-members can buy tickets. It is one of six 2027 summit dates across Australia and New Zealand (New Zealand 27 January, then Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Western Australia through late January and early February).

Programme

No full agenda is published yet, but a real speaker lineup is forming: MC Guyon Espiner; a keynote from Simon Curran (Rokt / Propel Performance Group); and speakers including Sukhinder Singh Cassidy (Xero), Carrie Hurihanganui (Auckland Airport), Mark Stirton (The Warehouse Group), Clive Ormerod (AS Colour Group), Karen Price, Henri Eliot and Mark Powell, with further speakers to be announced. The organiser's page still carries placeholder content in places, so details may change.

Venue and context

Eden Park, Auckland's national stadium at 42 Reimers Ave in Kingsland, hosts the 2027 summit — about three kilometres south-west of the city centre, with Kingsland rail and the central Auckland accommodation base within easy reach for out-of-town delegates. It is a step up in venue scale: The CEO Institute's 2026 New Zealand summit was held at Royal Akarana Yacht Club, and the organiser's own pages now name Eden Park and 27 January 2027 for the 2027 edition. A near-identical directory listing, "The CEO Institute CEO Summit 2027," refers to this same event.
