Fable Terrace Downs Resort by MGallery is a golf and country resort at 623 Coleridge Road, Windwhistle, on the edge of the Rakaia River gorge in Canterbury, with views toward Mt Hutt and the Southern Alps. It is roughly a 50-minute drive from Christchurch Airport.

The property traded for many years simply as Terrace Downs Resort before being rebranded Fable Terrace Downs Resort in early 2022, and it subsequently joined Accor's MGallery Collection as Fable Terrace Downs Resort by MGallery.

Accommodation comprises 25 guest rooms, including one, two and three-bedroom villas. The centrepiece of the estate is an 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course of around 6,440 metres, with four tee positions, 11 lakes and 70 bunkers, plus a clubhouse and restaurant. Other on-site activities include spa treatments, jet-boating, horse trekking, clay-target shooting, archery and fishing.

For meetings and events, Terrace Downs has five meeting rooms, with a largest room of 163 square metres and total event space of 289 square metres, suited to groups of up to about 80 for conferences, corporate retreats, weddings and private functions. The combination of residential villas, an 18-hole golf course and adventure activities on one site makes it well suited to incentive programmes and residential conferences that pair business sessions with outdoor activity.
