Naumi Hotel Wellington is a design-led boutique hotel on Dunlop Terrace in Te Aro, Wellington, close to Cuba Street, Te Papa, the waterfront and Courtenay Place. It operates alongside its sister property, Naumi Studio Wellington, with the two connected boutique hotels sharing facilities and an events floor.
Between the two connected hotels there are 178 guest rooms, combining 62 rooms at Naumi Hotel Wellington (Habitat King, Habitat Twin, Oasis King and Blush King rooms of 34–37 m², plus larger Habitat Plus rooms) with the adjoining Naumi Studio Wellington rooms and suites. All rooms include air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi and an in-room fridge.
The hotel's dedicated Level 2 events floor is a strong point for meetings and conferences, with eight flexible, soundproof spaces (Razzle, Dazzle, Oomph, Wink and Jive, plus the Muse and Nest boardrooms) that can be used individually or combined into "The Full Floor." Reported maximum capacities are up to around 300 for theatre-style and cocktail setups, roughly 190 for dining and 160 for meeting-style seating, with boardrooms Muse and Nest seating 18 and 7 respectively. The venue offers in-house AV, video conferencing, Wi-Fi, catering and full bar service.
Lola Rouge, the hotel's ground-floor restaurant and bar, serves breakfast and offers bar bites and drinks through to late. Guests also have access to an indoor lap pool and a Technogym-equipped fitness room, both open daily, plus 24-hour reception and luggage storage.
The hotel holds a Qualmark Silver rating (with Light Footprint and Safe & Sound endorsements) and has been named in Tripadvisor's Travellers' Choice awards.
