Roselands Motel

Roselands Motel is a 10-unit motel at 21 Brown Street, within walking distance of Tauranga's central business district and retail area. It is part of the Wenzel Motels group and offers three room categories: standard studios, superior studios and one-bedroom apartments, each with a kitchenette, aimed at couples, families, groups and corporate travellers.

The property is a straightforward, self-contained motel rather than a full-service hotel, with free parking, WiFi, BBQ facilities and pet-friendly rooms, but no swimming pool, spa or on-site restaurant. Its close-in Tauranga CBD location makes it a practical, budget-conscious accommodation option for business travellers or small corporate groups attending meetings or events in central Tauranga, rather than a venue for hosting conferences itself.

Guest reviews consistently note clean, comfortable rooms, a quiet setting close to restaurants and shops, and helpful on-site management, with the property holding a strong overall guest rating.
