Novotel Auckland Airport is a 4.5-star, 263-room hotel positioned at the doorstep of Auckland International Airport's international terminal, with the domestic terminal a short walk away, in the airport precinct at Mangere. Rooms are contemporary in style with full-length soundproof windows, and the range includes Superior King and Twin rooms, Executive King rooms, a Junior Suite and an accessible room option.

Meetings and events are a genuine strength of this property. The hotel has nine meeting rooms across two dedicated conference floors, with a combined maximum capacity of up to 315 guests. Level 1 holds four boardroom-style spaces: three at 54 square metres each (seating up to 30 theatre-style) and one smaller 27 square metre room for up to 12. Level 2 is home to the Paataka Room, the hotel's largest space at 296 square metres, which can seat up to 315 theatre-style or 200 for a banquet, and can be divided into a smaller Paataka Room One (149 square metres, up to 160 theatre-style). All rooms are pillar-less with natural light, soundproofed floor-to-ceiling windows and built-in AV and Wi-Fi, and the Paataka Room opens onto the Remu Foyer, a pre-function space with its own bar for cocktail events and delegate breaks.
